Delivery Information

Orders are normally posted within 1-7 working days after placing your order dependent on various factors such as the current order queue and complexity of the order.  If your order is urgent, please contact us first to see if we can accommodate your request. Please note that times quoted are the time we take to post the order ie take them to the Royal Mail or the courier service, you have to allow extra time for the postal service to deliver the item to you, on top of the times we quote.

PRINTED PRODUCTS -  please allow extra time (+1 day) as they have to be cured for 24 hours prior to despatch. 

Please bear in mind that every order is custom made, and as such at busy times delivery times may be extended. You will receive a shipping confirmation on the day we post the item, detailing the method posted by and the tracking number for that method along with fitting instructions, so please do not delete it..

DELIVERY CHARGES AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Deliveries are not made on Sundays or on public holidays and a specific time slot cannot be specified with any of our delivery options. 

Our delivery prices are still amongst the most competitive in our field - offering a reliable service at a low cost.  We do not risk losing valuable customers orders using non-signed services, as non-delivery and loss devalues our customers experience.

You will be required to sign for your delivery. If we are unable to deliver, our carrier may return your parcel to a local sorting office or courier depot and leave a note explaining where your parcel is and how you can rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.

If delivery is not rearranged or your parcel collected it will be returned to our offices. Please contact us to arrange redelivery in these circumstances. You may be responsible for additional delivery charges on any redelivery.

To enable us to operate efficiently as a mail order business, our address should only be used for mailing correspondence or pre-arranged returns. We are a solely internet based business and as such do not facilitate the transaction or sale of goods from our premises.
