Delivery Information

 

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship orders to countries within the EU due to new requirements introduced under the EU's Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR).

Under these rules, businesses based outside the EU must register separately in each EU country where they wish to sell and ship products. This includes registering the packaging used for those products and paying a registration fee in every individual country.

As these requirements create a significant administrative and financial burden for our business, we have made the difficult decision to suspend shipping to all full member EU countries for the time being. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

 

Customers from outside the EU and non-full EU members may also be subject to handling charges and taxes. 

 

We aim to dispatch orders within one to four working days (Monday to Friday), depending on product availability. During peak seasons, dispatch may take longer. Please note that our estimated shipping times only cover the period until we hand your order over to Royal Mail Tracked or a courier service. Delivery times do not account for the postal service's actual delivery period. 

 

There is no delivery on Sundays or public holidays, and we cannot specify a delivery time slot. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment information.

 

We cannot combine separate orders unless you contact us via email within two hours of placing your first order. Please note that once an order is in the packing stage, we cannot add additional items to it.
